NERCOMP Licensing Agreement Proposal Form
If your company or organization is interested in pursuing a licensing agreement with NERCOMP, please submit the following information. A member of the License/Vendor Relations Committee will be in contact. The portfolio of licensing agreements is reviewed by the Board on a regular basis and new agreements are considered based on member interest and the value proposition.
Successful licensing proposals generally include a financial incentive for member institutions better than what they can achieve on their own, are multi-year, and provide a value proposition for both the vendor and NERCOMP members. The current NERCOMP licensing portfolio can be seen at:

All information submitted is confidential. Terms of successful agreements are only available to NERCOMP members.
