You may attend Part II if you completed Part I of the "EDUCAUSE-NERCOMP Workshop Series for IT Managers". This project is focused on the Northeastern region of the United States. The curriculum is targeted at early-stage leaders--those recently appointed or aspiring IT managers or supervisors. The program focuses on the practical knowledge and skills needed to succeed as a manger and leader in higher education.. Second session topics will include project management II; IT organizational communication; conflict management; career planning, coaching and mentoring; IT legal issues; and negotiation and communication. The program is a three-day series. When registering, you must commit to attending all three days; the dates are April 8, May 13, and June 15 of 2010. Each day's program will run from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
